Life is often complicated and it can be difficult to understand what you are experiencing. There are times when you might benefit from talking to a qualified and accredited therapist about depression and anxiety symptoms, relationship difficulties and life stresses which might include family pressures, health problems and employment issues.

I have training in both individual and couples work and have experience of working in the NHS, at Priory Healthcare and in private practice. My consulting room is in South West London, close to transport links and I can currently offer online therapy and supervision sessions.

With BABCP and BACP Accreditation and NHS training, I am compliant and registered with most health insurance.

About Me

anna 2.png

I am an experienced therapist accredited by the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I currently work in NHS Services and in Private Practice offering a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach for depression, anxiety disorders such as panic, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, impulse disorders and post traumatic stress disorder.

Based online,  I offer an assessment of your problems with an individually based formulation and treatment plan.

I believe it is important to establish a secure relationship with clients, drawing on my qualifications in Person Centred and Existential Psychotherapy to help you create change in your patterns of thinking and behaving and acceptance of your emotions.

Training, qualifications & fees

My initial training both at City University and Regents University was in Person Centred and Existential Counselling and Psychotherapy which led to Accreditation and Registration with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As part of my NHS training I completed PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Royal Holloway University and I am now Accredited with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP)

My experience is wide-ranging and eclectic with specific expertise in the management of Depression and Anxiety. So from an Existential perspective your problems might relate to a lack meaning or purpose in your life. However, using CBT techniques I will be able to focus on how negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours impact on your feelings both physically and emotionally. Using these and other skills I can help you overcome your difficulties.

I have also completed training in Behavioural Couples Therapy and can work with you and your partner when you are having difficulties in your relationship.

Fees from £60 - £120 with some concessions.
