Why choose Counselling or Psychotherapy?
Sometimes people struggle for years with anxiety and depression symptoms when it might be that a few sessions with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist might help you to understand your experience.

By focussing on your cognitions (thoughts, beliefs, images and memories) we can often find the trigger for your difficulties and by becoming aware of your behaviours we might find what is maintaining the problem.

By consulting a qualified and accredited CBT therapist you will find someone who is able to guide you through this process and help you find realistic, alternative options.
If your find yourself at a point in your life where you are struggling to find your place in the world, or have difficulties in your relationships, you might find that another approach is more relevant.

I have training in Person Centred and Existential Counselling and Psychotherapy and will draw on Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassionate Therapy and Behavioural Couples Therapy to help you (and your partner) identify what is important to you.
